Linda began designing web sites in 1995 and has been helping government agencies, nonprofit and business clients succeed with inbound marketing ever since. She has served on nonprofit boards and as an entrepreneur herself, understands the challenges of nonprofits and small businesses. Her communication esthetic drives the work of Clarity Web Studio.
Linda established Clarity Web Studio in 1999 during a 13-year stay at California statewide data centers, where she was the only female in that high tech environment with such a broad range of skills. Prior to that, as an analyst, she worked on bill analysis, research projects, evaluated grant proposals, led an RFP design team for a statewide grant, managed and designed databases. After moving into web technology, she did graphic and technical web design, developed applications, maintained web servers, wrote and proofed volumes of system documentation, did structured application testing, trained staff, strategized, advised and monitored consultants on multimillion dollar statewide web projects, and was a resource for usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
She was recognized by Governor Gray Davis for designing California's first live webcast (2000) and others that followed. She completed a project management certificate program at the UC Davis Extension (2002), won a writing scholarship at CSU Sacramento (2004), has a BA in Studio Art, minor in Psychology (2006), and comes from a family of artists. The business was eventually incorporated as Art For Life, Inc. (2009).

Jeffrey Schmidt - Traditional and Internet MarketingJeffrey is a 30 year marketing veteran with a BA in Economics & Psychology. He started his career doing market research studies for Fortune 500 companies like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Allstate Insurance, and Clorox. He has helped many city and county governments produce high-end communication for environmental education and awareness including Sonoma, Marin, Napa, Alameda, San Mateo Counties, and six San Francisco Bay Area cities including Santa Rosa. He's a 20-year member of the American Marketing Association, where he is a Professional Certified Marketer. Jeffrey helps clients map and tune their entire sales process for maximum sales.

Lisa Stockwell - WriterLisa earned a BA in English from UC Berkeley and continues to educate herself with national conferences and courses in finance, business administration, writing, social media, aging issues and language. She studied French for a year at the Université d’Aix-Marseilles in France and studied Spanish for two years while living in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Lisa is Co-Vice President of Communications and Website Director for the San Francisco chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (SF IABC) and the author of nine books on home remodeling and gardening, published by Sunset Books, along with countless articles.
Laurie Binder - Graphic Design/BrandingLaurie is a graduate of San Francisco Art Institute for Fine Arts, New York University for Art Education and the San Francisco Academy of Art for Graphic Design. Since her first design job at the San Francisco firm Hjermstad and Associates, she has worked for a mix of clients from the Sonoma County Water Agency to Smithsonian Journeys. Laurie has designed complete business identity programs, logos, packaging, wine labels, newspaper and magazine advertising, books, brochures, websites, trade show booths, banners, signage, and more — for the purpose of increasing sales, community outreach, education, and for the simple pleasure of creating beauty.
Chris Rowe and Jared White - VideographyVideobrite has been Sonoma County's premier video service company since 1989. Some of their clients include, Medtronic, Agilent Technologies, The YWCA of Sonoma County, Blood Bank of the Redwoods, and Safari Books Online. Jared has a BA in Film Theory from Sonoma State University and has been producing professional videos with Videobrite since 2004.
Ted Sawyer - VideographyAfter studying Moving Image Arts and graduating with a BA from the College of Santa Fe, Ted worked for ten years as a news photographer and editor at KFTY in Santa Rosa and KSBW (NBC) on the central coast. He also produced, shot and edited TV commercials, corporate and instructional videos, weddings, and various other projects. He then moved to Los Angeles and worked at Deutsch, a multimedia marketing ad agency, where he crafted his marketing and video production skills. Ted has returned to Northern California as a seasoned video specialist who looks forward to using his video creativity to benefit local organizations and businesses.
Justin Korn - Web DevelopmentJustin completed a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems from San Francisco State University and has held various IT positions from IT Intern to Director of Technology. Based in San Francisco, he has been working with web technologies in one form or another since 1996 and has perfected frontend and backend coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, ASP.NET, and SQL. Justin has been eating, breathing, and slaying code for over 10 years and is an acknowledged WordPress expert.
