After initially studying for a career in the arts, I transitioned into technology in 1990. I found the complexity and the art inherent in technology irresistible as a web developer and systems professional in California statewide data centers, doing graphic and technical web design, application development, web server maintenance, structured testing and quality assurance. I trained staff, led strategy meetings, advised and monitored consultants on multimillion dollar statewide web projects. During those years, I was recognized by Governor Gray Davis for designing California's first live webcast (2000) and others that followed. I completed a project management certificate program at the UC Davis Extension (2002), won a writing scholarship at CSU Sacramento (2004), and finished a BA in Studio Art, minor in Psychology (2006).
In private business, I'm devoted to using my experience to make good people more authentically visible and accessible on the web, to help them succeed at whatever they do. I've served on nonprofit boards and as an entrepreneur myself, I understand the challenges of nonprofits and small businesses. My communication esthetic drives the work of Clarity Web Studio.

Jeffrey is a 30 year marketing veteran with a BA in Economics & Psychology. He started his career doing market research studies for Fortune 500 companies like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Allstate Insurance, and Clorox. He has helped many city and county governments produce high-end communication for environmental education and awareness including Sonoma, Marin, Napa, Alameda, San Mateo Counties, and six San Francisco Bay Area cities including Santa Rosa. He's a 20-year member of the American Marketing Association, where he is a Professional Certified Marketer. Jeffrey helps clients map and tune their entire sales process for maximum sales.
Laurie is a graduate of San Francisco Art Institute for Fine Arts, New York University for Art Education and the San Francisco Academy of Art for Graphic Design. Since her first design job at the San Francisco firm Hjermstad and Associates, she has worked for a mix of clients from the Sonoma County Water Agency to Smithsonian Journeys. Laurie has designed complete business identity programs, logos, packaging, wine labels, newspaper and magazine advertising, books, brochures, websites, trade show booths, banners, signage, and more — for the purpose of increasing sales, community outreach, education, and for the simple pleasure of creating beauty.
Casey is an author, speaker and recognized expert at writing highly-effective sales copy for a wide range of industry-leading companies. He is author of the book, Essential Sales Writing Secrets and author of the Ultimate Sales Writing e-book series. In addition, he contributed a chapter on persuasive sales writing that is featured in the book, Advice From The Top: The Expert Guide to B2B Marketing. Casey has a passion for working closely with clients to develop dynamic, in-depth messaging that engages and persuades people to buy products. He has BA in Communications from Loyola Marymount University.
Videobrite has been Sonoma County's premier video service company since 1989. Some of their clients include, Medtronic, Agilent Technologies, The YWCA of Sonoma County, Blood Bank of the Redwoods, and Safari Books Online. Jared has a BA in Film Theory from Sonoma State University and has been producing professional videos with Videobrite since 2004.
After studying Moving Image Arts and graduating with a BA from the College of Santa Fe, Ted worked for ten years as a news photographer and editor at KFTY in Santa Rosa and KSBW (NBC) on the central coast. He also produced, shot and edited TV commercials, corporate and instructional videos, weddings, and various other projects. He then moved to Los Angeles and worked at Deutsch, a multimedia marketing ad agency, where he crafted his marketing and video production skills. Ted has returned to Northern California as a seasoned video specialist who looks forward to using his video creativity to benefit local organizations and businesses.
